Ayuntamiento de Constantina

Complejo Turístico Rural Los Palacios

Villa Eulalia: the largest of the 3 rural houses, it is an art deco style house located in the heart of the Seville mountains. It was built in 1908 to house Eulalia, the youngest daughter of a Sevillian family who needed to enjoy the benefits that nature and the climate of the area brought to her health. This house is located on the outskirts of Constantina, and can accommodate a maximum of 18 people. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 1 lounge-gallery, 1 chapel, 2 kitchens, 1 dining room and a laundry and ironing room. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.

  • La Cochera: this is a building where the horse-drawn carriages used to be kept, and which can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. A few years ago this building was restored and converted into a two-storey flat. On the upper floor is the bedroom and bathroom, and the ground floor is an open-plan area where the living room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet. This rural flat is located next to Villa Eulalia, so both properties can be rented for the same group of guests.
  • La Casilla: this is a house where the estate’s caretakers used to live. It is a detached house, away from the main house, with exceptional views. It is located on the outskirts of Constantina and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house has two double bedrooms, both with beds of 0.90 metres, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
