Restaurante Alymar is a bar-restaurant offering both traditional and innovative cuisine. Located on the roundabout at the entrance to Constantina from Seville, it has a restaurant area for 60 people, a bar and an outdoor marquee that can seat another 60 diners. It also has an outdoor terrace in the back area dedicated to drinks and offers a catering service.
The menu at Restaurante Alymar includes starters, meats, fish and a weekly changing suggestions section.
Outstanding dishes are the mushroom cannelloni with chestnut béchamel, the Iberian shoulder of pork, the venison loin with mushroom sauce, and the pyramid of secreto with goat’s cheese and apple. As for fish, they work with swordfish, grilled baby squid or crispy salmon with soy mayonnaise and pistachios. They also have homemade desserts.
